Many years ago I made a trip to a supermarket with my teenage daughter and my very young son.
The toddler picked up a package of potstickers, which are called gyoza in Japanese.
I texted to my wife at home "Doug's got gyoza" and as I hit the send button realized to my horror that my phone had autocorrected that text to "Doug's got hypoxia" (meaning he wasn't breathing).
I have no idea why my iPhone thought that hypoxia was the proper correction of gyoza.
We laugh about it now but my wife must have freaked out!
