Oregon is famous for its “Shout” rendition from its fans at the end of there third quarter that mimics the iconic “toga party” scene in “Animal House,’ which was filmed on the Oregon campus.
The routine whips Duck fans into a frenzy as the fourth quarter is about to start
But not this year……The Bruin players had the last laugh as they matched the Duck fans with arms-extended jumps while the Duck players stood dumbfounded on their sideline, not knowing what to thiink.
And it wasnt a few Bruin players….It was the whole-fricking team! Matched by the Bruin fans in the stands. It was obviously pre-planned by Coach Chesney to show that the Bruins aren’t intimidated by anybody…especially on the road..
All that was missing was a Blue-clad Otter, Flounder, D-Day, and Bluto…right down to the squatting, “A little bit softer now!”
