The part that still sticks out to me is college sports really isn't a profit model. It generates revenue and the revenue gets distributed. Professional sports is for the most part pretty easy because everyone is there to not only make money, but generate profits.

I will say that I'm really glad that Ucla joined the B10 when it did. I knew there was a financial necessity behind it, but now they seem to be in a much better position to sustain whatever happens in the future. If you aren't in the B10 or the SEC, I have no idea what happens to anyone moving forward.
