That video is talking about the Pro Bowl. It's also a pretty meaningless label, as it names Ohio St. QB's, Florida LB's, Michigan RB's, Texas A&M OL, etc.

I think draft picks and all-conference honors are better indicators of talent. Brian Price was the most dominant UCLA DL of this century. He never came close to the Pro Bowl but he was Pac-10 defensive player of the year and a First team All American. In college he was way more dominant than Clark.
