i.e., that since the top college interior DL had a 7.8% run stop rate, UCLA's offense should win 90+% of the time.
That would only make sense if UCLA was playing 11 on 1 vs. this DL, in which case, if he had a 7.8% success rate vs. run plays, you'd expect UCLA to have a success rate on those plays of 92.2%.
