Not as head coach but offensive coordinator calling plays surrounded by coaches shouldering the recruiting like he had at An Ohio State University. Before LSU fired Brian Kelly I thought he should fire his offensive coordinator Joe Sloan and lure Chip back with Raiders offense not having success.
