by the team and the coaching staff than the last game against U of IN. That one was a reality check for all the fans that got carried away and started fantasizing about running the table the rest of the year and such (it's the Bruin bipolarity, a condition we all live with in some form). It was a way fir us to realize we're nowhere near where we want to be and getting there will not take one magic coach to instantly turn everything around with a wand.
This is a game we should be able to win and win well. If this coaching staff indeed took us from the bottom of the barrel and moved us up towards being a mediocre one (which in itself is a great achievement, even if it may not seem so: you cannot go from bad to good without hitting mediocre somewhere along the way) then we need to come out strong and win convincingly against the Huskers.
After that we need to get past against OSU without embarrassing ourselves all that much, then go on to finish strong. Given how we started, 6-6 would be a huge improvement and something we should feel good about this year (with the expectation that we build on that and see 6-6 as our floor next year).
