If he couldn't win at a football school with far more resources than UCLA has what makes you think he can win here?
He has little going for him at this point. He is too old, has an off-putting personality, doesn't like to recruit, and has little incentive to change any of that.
This would be like hiring a worse version of Chip Kelly.
