He doesn't even being an offensive or defensive genius to offer. He's an insincere prick who hates recruiting, schmoozing, and doing what is required to sell the program. Only with him it's even worse. Chip just wanted to focus on X and O's, whereas nobody seems clear on what exactly it was that Brian Kelly actually did.
