Ryan Silverfield, Memphis. 24-5 starting at the '23 season, including 3-0 this season.

In that span he has beaten Navy, Boise State, South Florida, Iowa State, Tulane, and West Virginia. (also beat FSU last season but they sucked)

I mean, come on, if a guy that has taken Memphis and beaten Boise State, Tulane, WVU, and Iowa State over the course of the prior two years isn't good enough, that's just stupid.

It did take him a while to get the program up and running, but dang, he's beating some good teams. Aside, a team he lost to? UTSA.
