Don't rush the coaching hire.

Yes, fire Jarmond NOW. That should make it clear to everyone that Foster will soon be out, too. But you want to have a reasonable amount of time to find our new AD. And then give the AD enough time--and the right time--to land us a quality coach.

Be quick, but don't hurry.

And--gracious sakes alive!--let's not get ourselves into "We have to save the recruiting class" mode.
