Stop it with the alumnus thing. It's f'n meaningless!

To give credit where it's due, HappyB has had it right all along: hire a sitting head coach. He might even be from a lower division, but hire a guy who is a head coach already.

That list is a f'n joke. David Shaw? Hire someone HUNGRY. It's not a retirement gig.
