Any recommendations on how to watch CBS SN?

I have DirecTV Stream, but I don't have the ULTIMATE or PREMIUM package.

Any one-time work arounds out there? I guess I'm willing to pay an on-demand fee if it's not too high. I'd like to avoid getting another subscription if at all possible.

BTW, Ucla FB v UNLV is on CBS SN at 5pm on Sat, 9/6. That's why I'm asking.
