As disappointing a loss we endured...

I cant help thinking WHAT IF we had played one of the two teams sc or Oregon played in our opener instead of Utah.
I think the outcome and the headlines would have been alot different:

NICO SHINES IN OPENER
UCLA'S NEW OC IS A PERFECT FIT
HC FOSTER HAS PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
UCLA'S RECRUITS ARE THE DIFFERENCE
UCLA PILES IT ON IN OPENER

It's not so much how you play, rather its who you play.

Unfortunately, we didn't play a cupcake like many other teams did.
We played a surprising and upcoming excellent team.
