Forget about skill, I just mean big/strong/fast.
Utah had at least 3 TE's that looked big, aggressive, and athletic. Their OL looked big and aggressive. Their D was physical. And this is Utah, not Ohio St.
Our guys looked slow, weak, and to top it off, confused.
I saw four guys that looked like they had talent: Nico, Anthony Woods, the RB Thomas, and the DB Pleasant. Maybe a few of the other DB's. The rest looked like a crew you find at the Home Depot at 6 am. I look at some guys like Busic and Jack Pedersen and I think, this is UCLA? Forget about a Myles Jack or Kenny Clark. Can I just get a Jordan Zumwalt or an Eli Ankou? Can I get a Scott Quessenberry?
Again, though, many of us, including me, said much the same thing after Hawaii last year. Either we show something against the next 3 (not just win, but show something) or the season, and Foster, are toast.
