Last season the answer to every question was nearly always some reference to his 3 Pillars, which notably does NOT include toughness, execution, or any allusion to on-field performance or success. Which brings us to this year, where the answer to everything is BROTHERHOOD, BROTHERHOOD, BROTHERHOOD, BROTHERHOOD.
