1) Nico coming in has given the program a big boost in credibility.
2) The assistants Foster has hired (Martin, Toler, Kwon, Sunseri) appear to be upgrades in terms of recruiting energy and charisma.
3) Recruits and their families seem to like Foster personally.
None of this means much unless we can get some good actual coaching, but at least there are some very positive signs on the recruiting front. We are not contenders for the super elite recruits but at least we are in the mix for some coveted guys.
