Cam Rising hurt him in that he chased away QBs but was often hurt in the middle of seasons.
Willingham is an excellent coach considering that before he and Urban Meyer came, they are traditionally the worst FB program in the old WAC. He got them to be a upper Pac-10 team. That's impressive.
