For one, I think he's still taking classes at UCLA and hasn't even practiced with Tennessee. Yet they seem to be penciling him in as the starter, almost sight unseen.
From what I can gather from his short stint at UCLA, he was going to be the starter, but there were some concerns about some INT's he threw in practice and about his average mobility.
I hope he does well there but there does seem to be a lot of hype right now.
