first time ever the championship match went to three sets on all five duals. SC made a huge comeback to win the first two after losing the first set in both. Then we came back in the final three, won one, were leading in a second but SC came back again late in the other one and finished us off 3-1.
Next year the finals move from Gulf Shores, AL to Huntington Beach so lots easier access to watch it.
As THB said below, a terrific season. UCLA, SC and Stanford were head and shoulders above all the others though Stanford fell in the quarters at the end. Enjoyed following the team all year and look forward to the future
