Plenty of reasons to expect more

I expect QB play to substantially better than it was last year. The ball will be coming out faster, and should be consistently going to the right guy.

While Loya likely won't receive an increase in targets, due he'll likely find himself getting open earlier with more YAC opportunities, so I'd expect to see his yards per catch improve.

I expect to see a significant jump in the production of JMS and TMA. In his first year in the program, JMS struggled to build chemistry with Chip's rotating cast of QBs and at times kind of became the forgotten man. I also expect that his route running will be improved this year, and with an entire offseason to work with a presumed starter, I think expect we will see more catches, yards and TDs.

In his only year playing UCLA TMA didn't see the field a ton as he was way down the pecking order, but when he did, particularly later in the season, when they went his way, he flashed. It has been reported that him and Garbers have developed some major chemistry through Spring workouts. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him finish the year with more than double his previous production
