Yes, UCLA does not draw like OSU FB or KY BB in their practice games.
But who does? For UCLA and frankly most colleges, that's a very respectable number.
I remember during the start of Pete Carroll, the USC practices were pretty empty. Let's not let the outlier set the bar for expectations.
