When the Big 12 was wobbley, and the SEC had their pick, I thought they should grab Kansas. Would have added a fodder team in football, so no one's prospects were harmed. And, would have made them probably the best conference in basketball, from year to year. Things probably worked out better for the SEC getting A&M. But, that was my thinking.
