essentially an hourly employee at that point. He would've been "at will", meaning Ucla could fire Chip at will, without any further cost. No buyout money.
From Dec 2024 on, Chip might as well have been an hourly employee.
He chose to move on but only when the right spot came along, tOSU. You were told he was the selfish villain and you went with it. Jarmond caused this, not Chip.
