If the Big 2 (SEC/B1G) didn't make guarantees, that contract may be close to worthless, given the new 'partnership' committee.
An SEC v B1G playoff sponsored by Fox/CBS/NBC/other (amazon? apple?...) is a very real possibility - the logic for the BCS which killed the Rose Bowl to shut out the other teams for the $$$ is still very, very real.
