Those MAC guys would probably come, but they don't appear to be on our list. They are really a crapshoot too, probably as much as hiring an assistant. MAC head coach vs. OC/DC at BIG STATE; I don't think there's much difference.
The coaches to hire away that would have been on the list are Jonathan Smith and Jedd the Fisch. And Power 5 coaches like some of the names on your list. Those guys have just wrapped up their recruiting classes and are getting ready for spring ball. It sounds like several of them are on vacation. They also come with bigger, even prohibitive, buyouts.
