Under DG it was a fantasy that we could hire a guy like Chip, who had a great resume and was in demand. Still not sure how Donut Dan pulled that off.
Amazingly Chip was perfectly fine turning the D over to a buddy that was awful awful awful. Add that to a total lack of interest in recruiting and you get what we got, .500 football and a few humiliating losses.
It was fun riding the DTR roller coaster, that guy gave 110%, but the rest of it was a lot of meh. Time to move on.
