I have no idea what your business is, but if you’re inquiring about another job you never throw your current bosses under the bus. Whenever I interview someone for a job, if he does that, his candidacy is tanked. Why? Because he’ll do the same thing to you and your institution when he gets a wandering eye.
As you know Jarmond wanted tOSU AD job badly. If what this poster says is even remotely accurate would you hire him? He completely cratered any chance Jarmond had now or in the future.
People always tell me how smart Chip is. If he has a modicum of intellect he’d NEVER do such a thing. It’s not like Chip is an in demand candidate.
