Very bad take on the case. The court ruled against the TRO because there would be no irreparable harm to the players should the NCAA’s NIL rules remain intact. On the other hand, on the element of likeliness to succeed, the court ruled the AG is indeed likelysucceed on the merits that the NIL rules violate the Sherman Act. This case will ultimately decide by the US Supreme Court. Hopefully, they rule in favor of the NCAA.
