Chip is not looking for a job. His agent gets paid to do this.....wait for it.....EVERY OFF SEASON.

OK. Are we good now? Chip isn't looking, Jarmond (who, in any event doesn't control this decision) said nothing and Chip's agent is looking on his client's behalf which he gets paid to do every year.
