So, by way of update, Jarmond primary functions are as fundraiser for Ucla and acting as a liaison between the football business and the Ucla bureaucracy with its attendant red tape. He's told when to make head coaching changes and who to hire.
He's also an accountant who reports results of the athletics department to Ucla brass. He has very little discretion to manage these numbers.
If you give money to Ucla, you'll get more buildings and pensions. If you give money to the NIL collective, Men of Westwood, you'll get more player talent. You choose for yourself.
