Your wish-upon-a-dream (with zero substance) Top 60 D ranking is not only fantastical, but translates to an above-avg Div 1 D unit, with a lead-24 rotation that needs their names to be shown in a ginormous font so we can tell who the heck we're cheering for.
I obviously hope you're right about:
1) a slightly ABOVE-avg D ranking: and
