we all get your argument in the title - i think it's off base and ignores the reality of what athletic departments exist to do in universities. But i get that you're a football fan first and foremost and you might note i never said anything to argue with your opinion that you think football should stand alone.
i do not but that's just each of us believing something difference. No problem with that.
My argument has to do with that sentence you wrote that i copied verbatim and responded to above.
Problem isn't my reading, you wrote it. If all you cared to say was your subject line, why did you go on to trash Title IX, the purpose of which was to gain equal standing to women's sports?
