With his recruiting ineptness, and disdain for that part of the college coaching job, and now NIL and transfer portal, Chip sees roster management at UCLA cratering. At this point, Chip would probably be happy to give up some income to escape the stress coming from the inevitable failure of UCLA football with him as head coach.
