Warmer states like Arizona, Florida, Georgia, etc have all seen their public higher education numbers increase. On the flip side, in colder states like Alaska, Illinois and Michigan college attendance is down sharply.

With or without Saban, kids would still be flocking to Sun Belt state universities.
