Done enough? So how do you determine if others have "done enough"? It can't be subjective.
OTOH I don't believe Miller should have had his number retired. He won exactly one NCAA tournament game in four years and never made an All-American team. The honor is based on his pro career. What if Peyton Watson goes on to have a great career and makes the HOF? He averaged 3 points a game for UCLA? Hanging his jersey would look ridiculous. They do need to adjust the criteria, but need specific requirements.
