Shot in the paint (no bank): 2 points
Shot in the paint (with bank): 1 point
Shot outside the key, or at elbow, no bank: 2 points
Shot outside the key, or at elbow, with bank: 1 point
3-point shot (no bank): 3 points
3-point shot (with bank): 1 point
Half-court desperation shot (no bank): 4 points
Half-court desperation shot (with bank): 3 points
After each shot banked in, the referees will stop play and do a video review and intensive interview of the player to determine if the bank shot was intentional or not. The referees will then, by majority vote, decide whether to adjust the value of that particular shot up or down.
