OK CMC walked in front of a firing squad … not smart... but is there anything that can be done at this point in the season to shake this team out of it’s daze and close out the season strong?
First, we appear to be playing numb … confused … and without purpose. I am not sure roster changes will work … the talent just does not go that deep. So 1) what about trying a game plan change…as others have suggested, try a full court press and go at least 10 deep…keep the pressure on…2) keep everything moving on O … if you stand for more than a few seconds you sit. 3) Shoot at least a dozen 3’s a half between, T.Bil, Skyy, Trent, Dailey, Book and Brown 4) everyone crash the boards. (Blocking out seems to confuse guys like Book and
Jamerson) so just go get the ball…5) Let Dent run the team … Play hard and fun … take the thinking out of the game.
I know there is little chance of CMC implementing the changes but IMO our whole game needs revamping so why not try a kamikaze kids for a approach for a few games … shake the game up and make it fun … maybe worth a try and Mick for god’s sake try become a little bit of a cheer leader. .
Probably just dumb thoughts but I am dying to see something different tried.
