I think he's proved he can coach and develop and the level we expect for this program.
What I think is missing is talent evaluation and recruiting. He needs a certain kind of player and he's not getting them. Is that on him, of course, but I think that's mostly because head coaches these days have way too much on their plate especially when you throw in all the fund raising they have to do.
We need a "GM" for basketball. More and more college is becoming "NBA lite", so I think this is the next phase.
