You are sounding more and more like a trump sycophant in your defense and rationalization of what has unquestionably been a poor job of coaching. Is Michigan good? Yes. Did UCLA play well against Michigan? NO. Did UCLA's players look completely lost in the second half? Yes. Did UCLA look like is was well-coached in the second half? NO. Did Michigan's coach make half time adjustments that worked well? Yes. Did Cronin make adjustments to successfully counter those? NO.
Regarding Dent, he came in billed as a sure fire All-American candidate and has been far from that. While he has had some flashes, for much of the year he has looked overwhelmed and done very little to elevate the play of his team and/or his teammates. Yes he is playing against tougher competition, that is not an excuse, it's case-in-point on how disappointing he has been. If you eliminate Purdue as an outlier, the rest of his season has been underwhelming to massively disappointing. And drilling down to find one favorable stat doesn't change his lack on impact on nearly all of the games.
