Offeason - "I finally have the guys, this team is looking very in sync, the guys are all buying in, they all show how much they care." (note, this same exact message was delivered the previous year after his major offseason roster overhaul).
The season starts (again, same as last year) - "These guys are soft, they don't play smart, they don't care, they just don't know how to play, I don't have the guys I need to play winning basketball, oh woe is me, I am such a brilliant coach, been doing this forever, am a winner, and yet, I'm forced to deal with the limitations of all these losers."
