I posed the question whether we are more efficient playing fast or slow. So I graphed Pace vs. offensive efficiency for each game. The numbers are slightly different than yours from my source and not adjusted for opponent. Red points are the losses which are the three poorest efficiency games.
So we can be very efficient or inefficient over a range of paces. No correlation here. Every game is different. Take more time to run an offense or take quick shots? Depends on the opponent, but playing quicker isn't the answer.
