The eyeball test is receivable by a flashy play or two, for good or ill. That’s what you remember.
Now for sure, there are glue guys that make everyone else better. And defense is hard to quantify. But if someone has a very good statistical game, and my eyeball says otherwise, my first inclination is to think that I’m prejudging the guy/gal.
