I didn’t expect anyone to mention this, but this was a coaching loss more than anything else. Few made key adjustments down the stretch while Cronin watched, slack-jawed, unable to respond to the Zags’ run. Cronin’s body language and communication during timeouts was also ineffective and possibly toxic. So ready for this to be over.
I give the players a ton of credit for doing whatever they could to win in spite of their coach.
