I’m traveling and haven’t watched the postgame from the Texas game. I’ll have to go back and watch it.
The lack of intensity thing is a shame. It was the UNC game where the opposing team came out and was outworking us. I went back and looked at the comments, in the first half of that game we were a) being outworked b) forcing the ball into Betts at the post. We started moving Betts around and every thing got better. Is there causation in that correlation? I don’t know. But there will be teams who will beat us if we come out flat.
The rankings on Monday will be interesting. It wd be a joke if that loss dropped us below lsu or Michigan, but it’s possible. Especially lsu, which wd be especially a joke. With the exception of Southern, w/o looking it up, it’s possible that the worst team we’ve played is better than the best team they’ve played.
