and the next game Okland lost to Purdue (most likely the best team in the Big 10) by only 10 (87 to 77). So it looks like not even Oakland's season is over.
From what I've seen of Big 10 teams, it looks like Purdue has a better balanced scoring team than most others, takes care of the ball better and is much stronger and more physical than last year. They Bruins certainly have their work cut out for them in conference play but they should be in most all games with a chance to win, much like last night. And hopefully with fewer turnovers and better interior defense.
