I went to the UCLA/Gonzaga game last year and had all the problems others have listed in this thread. In addition, purchasing and accessing parking was a huge hassle. I hated the whole experience, including the special hoops I had to go through because my 12 YO grandson doesn't have a phone to which I could send his ticket. Ugh!
One good thing is that I wasn't charged for one of the items I took out of the concession stand! Not sure how that happened!
I think the App and associated processes are probably great for season ticket holders, but otherwise it's a frickin' mess.
