Which team are we going to see tonight? The team that beat UCSD on their home floor and demolished UC Irvine? Or the team that didn't look that good against three cupcakes?
We came into this season thinking we were going to be a really good 3-point shooting team. So far we haven't been, shooting less than 30% as a team. We are going to need to shoot better than that against the Wildcats. Will playing in an NBA stadium affect that?
Our three-point defense hasn't been all that great either, letting teams shoot over 35% against us. Arizona has been shooting 44% on threes. If we don't guard the arc, we have a problem.
Arizona is a 1.5-point favorite tonight. Clearly the betting markets like our chances more than most of our fans do.
