Once you were established, did you ever accept a job for less than you thought you were worth?
Have you ever had to hire someone and decided, "I'll take the cheaper person; they're not as good but I'll save money."
I'm glad the Dodgers don't operate that way.
They're plenty of experts this postseason that said most teams could pay players more but don't because the owners want the money for themselves
