I think the make % is very similar, whether you're shooting the shot with a longer release (runner) or with a shorter release (floater).

Either form is relativity a low % shot. You're body is moving substantially relative to the target...that makes it more complex.

Try to play a pick up game outdoors when it is windy and shoot a runner/floater. Now you're body is moving AND the wind is affecting the ball's flight...good luck.
